Not the city, and not the campaign desk

Stocktonforvacaville is not an official City of Vacaville website. Civic information here is written independently by the District One Desk. Campaign archive material comes from Roy Stockton’s campaign and is labeled as candidate material.

Accuracy

We build articles from public documents and link to them. Schedules, budgets and rules change, so confirm dates and figures with the official source before relying on them. If you find an error, tell us through the contact page.

Advertising and sponsored content

The site carries display ads. Sponsored content, if published, is labeled at the top with the sponsor named. Ads don’t influence civic coverage.

External links and headlines

Headlines in our feed sections come from CalMatters, KQED News and the CA Local News Fellowship. They belong to those publishers and link to their sites. When an article mentions a private business or professional to illustrate a point, that is not an endorsement by this site or by any government body.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or other professional advice. For a specific situation, talk to a qualified professional.
